Electron cloud question!
« on: December 06, 2020, 12:13:16 AM »
If a diatomic or molecular compound have the same amount of electrons, will a specific amount of e always take on the same electron cloud state? F2 has 18e, so any molecule with 18e will have the same electron cloud shape?

What about positions of nuclei? Do you think they won't play any role?
