Chemistry Lab write up
« on: September 28, 2006, 06:35:27 AM »
Hi,

Does anyone know of a site or have a link that could show me the sample of a good lab write up?
Textbooks only show short descriptions, but I have the feeling that more could be required.  Would like to be one up on this.

Last time I had a chemistry lab was last year, but my basic lab procedure was (if using a carbon copy notebook)
Name, Date, Section, Table, etc etc.
Purpose of the experiment
Procedure
Observations
Calculations
Conclusion
Sign and Date it

Here's a decent website.... http://orgchem.colorado.edu/hndbksupport/labnb/labnb.html

Check the student F.A.Q. section from the menu on the left.
