Books to learn C NMR spectroscopy for beginners

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good book that teaches C NMR spectroscopy for absolute beginners?
I am looking for a book that goes step by step, or some sort of spectroscopy made easy type of book.

The undergrad textbooks seem to gloss over the spectroscopy section, or assume that one has previous knowledge of this subject.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
