Looking for help

Hello All,

I was unsure where to post this, so the generic discussion section seemed appropriate.  I don't know much about chemistry myself, but I have a chemistry related question I am hoping someone could assist me with.  I was scrolling the internet and looking at vegan leather options.   There are many companies that are using organic materials, such as pineapple, corn, cactus, coffee grounds, etc. and I found that most are made using Polyurethane.  My goal would be to eliminate Polyurethane from the equation.  I am asking if anyone could point me in the direction of a natural alternative to Polyurethane that could be used in this application.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  Thank you!
