Molecule with 2 chiral centres but 3 optical isomers???

Structural isomer of hexane-1,6-diol that contains two stereogenic
centres and has three optical isomers.

Can you help with this?

Symmetric isomers of hexane-1,6-diol each have two optical isomers or three stereoisomers. Try to draw them.
