Does anyone know where I can download the software needed to display characters from other languages?  It's bothered me for a while now that my signiture has a bunch of question marks in it whenever I use my laptop  :'(

AFAIK some programs won't display Unicode caracters correctly no matter what you will install on your computer.

Well on my old computer it will show the characters on both Netscape and Mozilla.

I have a Dell Inspiron B130 laptop that runs Windows XP, by the way.
