How do I calculate the Gibbs for water at different temps

Ok I am absolutely confounded please help.

So going backwards from the Kw I have been able to calculate the Delta G of water shown in the attached photo below.

What I can not figure out is how to calculate the Delta G values in the table using the Gibbs free energy. Can anyone tell me how to do this please.
