Will using Propylene Glycol as a solution protect the solute from oxidation?
(1/1)
mnmwiz:
I have a certain chemical that I would like to dissolve in solution so as to make dosing easier. This particular chemical is relatively unstable and will oxidize if given the chance.
Would using PG as my solvent prevent said chemical (a compound with a structure similar to tryptophan) from oxygenation? Or should I use an oil or something?
Thanks
