Hi :)

How would you convert 0.032 moles into mmol? Would it be 32 mmol?

While I don't suggest being dependent on calculators for such calculations, Google also has a built-in unit converter.

i.e. if you type "50 km to m" you get the answer in m. Likewise, if you type "0.032 mol to mmol", you get the answer in mmol. It's a good idea to get comfortable with doing the mental conversions as well, though. :)
