I am interested in manufacturing Pretilachlor 50% EC herbicide.

As per the formula given in the license, I am supposed to mix 53 kg Pretilachlor technical active ingredient in 100 kg considering pretilachlor technical has 94% purity.

To this, 4.4% a binary emulsifier must be added and 3.6% wetting dispersing agent. The rest of the material should be solvent CIX.

I would like to know can I use Alphox as a binary emulsifier and SLES as a wetting dispersing agent?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Its a very specific question, but nonylphenol and pretilachlor is both very lipophilic and seems compatible.
Sodiumlaurylsulphate seems OK together with these but in the end you have to see if you get a stable emulsion and it must be stable for long time if you want to sell this. If you want to use it yourself its maybe less critical.
