Is it true that in resonance structures the hybridization of all atoms with delocalized bonds changes to sp2? Or why is CO(NH2)2 (urea) planar and the N's are sp2 hybridized, although according to vsper the NH2C structure is tetrahedral and both N's should be sp3 hybridized. What am I missing?
