Different ratio, what is the volume?
« on: August 19, 2021, 05:05:25 AM »
Hi!

I know that might too easy for that group but, anyway I would like to ask:

I have a task: What is a volume of antibody you need to take, your ration should be 1/5000, 1/500, 1/250, my final volume is 12 ul.

My guess would be: examples: 1/5000=200 ul= (0,2*100)/12=160ul?

No way to help/check the answer without knowing exactly what volumes you work with and what units you use. At the moment what you posted is just a bunch of random numbers which I have problems making sense of.
