Does the substance F2O7 exist?

 I am very curious about the substance F2O7. Let's talk about its electronegativity. Why F electronegativity stronger than O make F2O7 non-existent. You can use specialized words. Thanks all.

First things first: why do you think it could exist, why do you think it is specifically electronegativity that makes it impossible?
