So I'm trying to produce a biodegradable polymer with the four substances mentioned above (based on a guide I found online), but I'm trying to find the chemical formula/s and any physical changes for this reaction, yet I have no idea what they are.

How can I find these out?

It sounds like a recipe for wall-paper glue? Starch is allready a polymer, you are making a slurry or solution of this.
