Burner pressure
« on: September 01, 2021, 07:16:33 AM »
In a fertlizer manufacturing, with steam reformation incorporated, a low calorific value gas is been vented to atmosphere. It is to interest of energy saving, that the gas can be used in reformer. Scheme had been implemented in past and low calorific gas is added to natural gas fuel header.
But there is clogging problems of burner.
What if the low calorific gas is fed to fraction of burners with separate header?
Will this solve the problem?
Kindly put your opinions.
