Recovery calculation?

Cantacoxinha:
A series of samples was analyzed by GC-MS in which spiking was done on five (four) levels: 0, 10, 50, 100 and 200 ng/L.

How can I calculate the analyte recovery for each spiking level, and is there a way to calculate the recovery for the 1st level, where no standard addition was performed, or only for the levels 10-200 ng/L?
