Acidified ethanol formulation

Can you help me get the formulation for the volume and concentration of EtOH and the volume of 1.5M HCl in a solution with a flower having 1:30 solid-liquid ratio? In case I would want to make 500 mL of this acidified ethanol solution how would I do it?
