Acids & bases, osmotic pressure

Hey guys, I’ve got a problem with the following question regarding mixing a strong base and a strong acid, the osmotic pressure needs to be calculated:
7.41 g of calcium hydroxide and 7.29 g of hydrogen chloride are dissolved in a 1 L of water solution at 25 degrees C. Calculate the osmotic pressure of the final solution
If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate that   :)

Ok, so I began by calculating number of moles of each of the reactants and if I’m not mistaken, it seems to me as they basically neutralize each other. So is it possible to calculate the concentration of the resulting salt like this:
