help balancing an equation

First is this right?
How do you go about balancing this equation?

C6H5COCl   + C6H5NH2 ---> C13H11NO + HCl

benzoyl chloride + aniline --> benzanilide + Hydrochloric acid

For this reaction i need to determine the limiting reagent any ideas?
