Hi guys

For an organic synthesis class I have to do a synthesis of 7-Methoxytetrazolo[1,5-a]quinoline-4-carboxaldehyde. To be honest I don't remember at all how to name heterocyclic compounds. I don't get the tetrazolo[1,5-a]quinoline part and why does 4-carboaldehyde is at position 4 if the methoxy group is at position 7.

Position 1 is one of the nitrogens in tetrazole ring. Then you orient it in a way that most atoms are located in top-right quadrant and start from there going right

Great! The "5a" really messes things up.
