Organic Synthesis

To get the final product in the attached picture, I want to using those reagent in step 1 and 2. But I am not sure is there any additional reagent will need to get the final product?

You need to get a ketone from an acetate ester, do you have any ideas how to do that? What will happen if you treat the ester with the reagents in the second step?
