Grade Nine: Chemical Properties
« on: October 15, 2021, 04:19:50 PM »
Hello, I wanted to know how Sodium Nitrate Powder (NaN03) reacts with Hydrochloric Acid (HCl). Does the substance dissolve fast, does it buble, does it change colour? What would happen if Sodium Nitrate Powder (NaN03) was mixed with Water (H20)?

I can't seem to find any visual videos on this on youtube, so an explanation would be great!

Sorry for the typo

NaNO3
not
NaN03

A zero in place of a capital "O" is not correct
should read

Did you GOOGLE
NaNO3 + HCl

Also what properties discussed in Wikipedia for
Sodium nitrate
will help you answer your questions
