IS there any free downloadable software  which can convert one organic compound to another.
For example ,a software to convert propanol to propan-2-ol????

Hm, I always thought you need glassware and reagents to convert substance to something else ;)

You can find info about compounds in the NIST Chemistry WebBook. If you look up "propanol" you'll find several reactions which envolves it and their products.
