Several ways to get your hands on H2SO4, you can, of course always crack open and drain a car battery, lead sulfate is but a minor contaminant, it is scarecely soluble in H2O, and even less so in H2SO4, Chill the acid as low as you can *within reason, no liquid nitrogen ;D) to ppt any traces of PbSO4, then decant and filter the clear acid. Boil it untill white fumes are evolved in a pyrex container to concentrate it.

Mix a stoichiometric amount of another strong acid such as nitric, perchloric, selenic, phosphoric or telluric acid (HCl MIGHT work, I'm not sure) with a sulfate salt and distill, this also works for preparing other acids from their salts.

Be especially careful with perchloric acid, as it is pretty unstable, and telluric acid, as it is quite viciously corrosive and absorbtion of Te causes rancid breath for months apparently.

You can probably buy H2SO4 as battery refill acid from auto shops etc.

Just out of interest, what are you doing with the H2SO4?

To produce oleum, take H2SO4, and pyrolyse anhydrous iron sulfate, this produces SO3, which can either be condensed in a coldfinger setup, or lead into H2SO4 to produce oil of vitriol or oleum, which is anhydrous H2SO4 with dissolved SO3 (the anhydride of sulfuric acid, sulfur trioxide)

Needless to say, wear goggles and thick protective gloves when boiling to concentrate battery grade acid, a splash of concentrated sulfuric acid is NOT a pleasant thing, and I speak from experience on that matter, take a single drop of the conc. acid, and let fall onto a pile of ordinary sugar, the H2SO4 will sizzle and oxidize the sugar to pure carbon instantly :)
