dehydrogenation over copper catalyst recomendations?
« on: November 21, 2021, 08:26:16 AM »
Hello!
I have a few questions for a synthesis project I am working on for work. I have a product that best reacts over a Cu-Zn-Zr-Al-O catalyst (6:1:2:2)(heterogeneous) but I need to know what the proper reactor would be to use and any other equipment/knowledge/links that could possibly lead me in the right direction. I would like to process 100-150 liters a week, so this is not a huge industrial project. Would you recommend a batch or continuous reactor for this amount?

I am new to chemistry and know little of the terminology so, please, layman's terms, if that's even possible in chemistry. Any information to help me get started would be great! Thank you so much!

In a project of this scale you need to read a lot and check patent databases, its a very specific question and you should know this a lot better then anyone here.
