quantum dot blinking, graphing the raw data
« on: November 30, 2021, 10:46:40 PM »
EDIT:  Disregard, I may never get this.  I found some other data anyway.  How do I delete a post?

We observed quantum dot blinking by fluorescence microscopy.  It has been a while since I performed this lab and I don't remember what the column headings mean.  I think the left most column is time, maybe area refers to a specific numbered quantum dot (?), and min/max refers to intensity of emission (?)

I don't see how to tell if a dot is turning on or turning off.  I have to graph this somehow.

Anyone know how to interpret the raw data and get started on graphing?
