Hello everyone,

I have been struggling to setup a new GBC savant AAS that comes with an automatic burner rotation (ABR) setup.

After installing and going through the methods setup I have realized that  the angle settings response when optimising the burner angles for each methods have not been responding as per user manual.

Issues;

1. At angle zero (reference position) the burner not aligning itself horizontally along the light path for maximum length flame. It’s been observed that the burner reference position has been defaulting at an angle around 10 degrees clockwise.
2.Burner rotation to other preferred angle settings also not responding. Burner rotates to reference itself but doesn’t move to the angle settings for each application.

There are still multiple possible causes. It may be one of the limiting switches or it may be software.

May someone expert in this area please guide me through resolving ABR  setup issues highlighted.
