There is a simple formula for dilutions, but students sometimes fail to apply it correctly.  Do you know what it is?  Regarding your second and third questions, what are your thoughts?  I don't know the answer, but I might be able to make some suggestions.

For Diluting Glutaraldehyde 25% w/v  to make Glutaraldehyde 1.5%% w/v
Should i add 30 ml of Glutaraldehyde 25% w/v to 470ml of distilled water ???

If my above statement correct ??
If its wrong correct me.

If correct is there some thing i need to add in distilled water before or after adding Glutaraldehyde coz i would like to store the
Diluted Glutaraldehyde for a year or plus if possible

Yes, I obtained the same volume.  I might used degassed water (to minimize oxygen), and I would probably store in the freezer.  I would probably divide the solution into smaller portions (aliquots).  I would probably adopt the rule of tossing an aliquot after one use.  These are general principles; I don't have specific knowledge of glutaraldehyde.  I can imagine that there is an additive that would help, but I don't know of one.

I see in shops its just kept in bottles with out freezing for many months or years on the racks am sure there should be a ways but lets see if some one who knows more about it could help.
