Elephant toothpaste: Does it matter if hydrogen peroxide is stabilized?

I wanted to create elephant toothpast, when I went online to buy hydrogen peroxide a lot of the products where stabilized with phosphoric acid: Does it change the reaction in any way or is it no matter?
