Cumic acid degradation product
« on: February 07, 2022, 01:26:53 PM »
Hi,

I have detected a compound which has  m/z of 193.16 by MS, it is one of the degradation products of cumic acid (mass 164.2). Could you help me out with what structure it supposed to be? Thank you very much.

What was the stress condition that generated this degradation product?
Is it faster or slower moving on RP-HPLC?
Detected in positive or negative ion mode?
