Making a copper sulfate pentahydrate solution
« on: March 15, 2022, 11:22:33 PM »
How should I make my own solution?
My target/ideal volume of the solvent is 500mL. And maybe 7 grams of CuSO4 5H2O.
What should the solution's concentration be?
What are the things/info that I need to be mindful of?

To calculate mass concentration you need to divide mass of the compound by mass of the solution (compound + solvent)

To calculate molar concentration - quantity of compound by volume of the solution.
