Dear Experts.
I am in construction business and I have observed the paint defects in the house soon after the project is complete. The is mainly due to seams, capillary water flow in the bricks and seepage in the walls. Other reason may the short constructions time giving less time to dry the plaster of walls (both inside the house or out side)

I want to know is there any chemical or polymer with can be mixed during the mortar mixing of Portland cement and sand for plaster of walls both inside and outside the house, so the pours can be permanently closed and there will be no chance of water coming out of it.

I need some economical solution

Thanks in advance
