Production of ethylen glycol

Hello, I have some problems in ex5.For finding the surface of exchanger, we have to calculate heat flow rate. To calculate heat flow rate we can use an equation W= m(dot)*Cp*ΔTln. The question is, in which temperature should I choose for Cp? read condition in 2 attached files please, our gases comes from 240C to 45C. Thanks in advance
