Black body radiation and energy quantization

There is one thing I still don't understand. According to the experimental graph ρ=f(λ), in the area of UV rays the ρ value it's almost nothing: how can I relate this phenomenon to the fact that electromagnetic energy is emitted (or absorbed) in discrete packets of energy?

As far as I understand what you are really asking about: there is no direct relation that can be concluded from the plot. However, if the emission was a from a classically described system, it would look differently - so what we do know for sure is that the classical theory is wrong.
