How many moles

How many moles of Fe3+ are contained in 5.00 mL of a solution of 0.200 M Fe(NO3)3
note: for every 1 mole of Fe(NO3)3

And

How many moles of SCN- (thiocyanate ion) are contained in 1.00 mL of a solution of 2.00x103-M KSCN? (note: for every 1 mole of KSCN, there is 1 mole of SCN-)

I know these are simple but for the life of me I can’t seem to wrap my head around these two question to get the write amount

Just start with the molar concentration definition and rearrange the formula to solve for n.

Then it is just plug and chug (you will need to convert mL to L though).
