HPLC- Determine the concentration of a compound in a sample

Hello, I am a student (not chemistry) who needs help with a chemistry problem for an undergrad project. I carried out HPLC-DAD testing on a sample. I am trying to determine the concentration of a substance in a sample I purchased. This sample claims to have 20mg of compound in a 10ml vial. (This is Unlikely). Using 1mg of reference standard of compound (1024.18g/mol) I created 50ppm, 150ppm and 200ppm stock solutions and tan this in HPLC I got calibration curve for this (peak at 4 minutes) which is:
Y=37734X + 2E+ 06
I ran my samples of the unknown concentration in 1ml + 1ml water and then 2ml concentrations. The peak area I got for this was:
1ml + 1ml water = 12570265
2ml =18025927
I am looking for help to determine the concentration in Mg/ml of compound in my samples but am unsure of what to do next and could do with some *delete me*

First step: signal is what your calibration curve refers to as Y. Simple math - solve for X, plug Y, calculate.
