Can u pls help me why does vinegar make chicken bone soft ??? This is a chemistry magic,  after two weeks of putting chicken bone in a jar with vinegar, the bone became soft? What is the reason

calcium makes bones hard. Vinegar is an acid (acetic acid) that can dissolve calcium from bone.

Demotivator is correct.  Ca3(PO4)2, known as Calcium Phosphate, is a major component of bones.  It is what makes them solid.  Vinegar, which is a weak solution of acetic acid (CH3COOH), will dissolve the calcium phosphate thus taking the rigidity out of the bones.

Frankly saying, major component of bones is apatite Ca(OH,Cl)2.Ca3PO4 but the explanation of Jdurg is still valid.
