Isocyanate derivatization phenolic compound

Hi there,
I have to make derivatization of m-hidroxy benzaldehyde(m-C6H4OHCHO) with isocyanate R-NCO. My question is if i have to protect the aldehyde group as acetal or the isocyanate will react only with the OH group- thats and what i wont to do...
