Conversion Question (mg/100mL to mol/L)

I know this is easy, and I definetly should know this, but for some reaosn I just cannot get myself going on this.  The question I am dealing with is:
A patient has a blood concentration of acetone of 20 mg/100mL.  Convert this to mol/L.

Convert 20 mg of acetone to moles.

So by this you mean use n=m/M finding the n from my 0.020g/58.09g?

Here are the steps I would take:

1)  Convert mg/100mL to mg/L (hint: mg/L = mg/1000mL)
2)  If your concentration is x mg/L, find how many moles of acetone are in x mg.  This will give you the number of moles per liter.

You could also reverse the order:
1)  Convert 20mg of acetone to moles of acetone.
2)  Divide the number of moles by 100mL to get the concentration in moles/100mL
3)  Convert moles/100mL to moles/L.
