TKN and phenolhypochlorite
« on: December 20, 2006, 04:48:31 PM »
Can someone direct me to a protocol for determination of total Kjeldahl Nitrogen by the phenol hypochlorite method?  I am trying to do some bulk protein analysis and would rather work with a colormetric method than with the traditional distillation/titration Kjeldahl protocol.  Been searching the web and found plenty of references to this method, but no actual protocols.

Thanks
Bill
