Experiment i carried out recently shows that there is different concentration of fluoride in green tea from different countries...information i have state that it is due to different soil type... but are there any other possible factors??thank you.

If your talking about the finnished drink then the tap water will come into play.
Tonight I’m going to party like it’s on sale for $19.99!

Although it's closely related, substances artifically added like fertilizers used to condition the soil could have an effect.  Perhaps certain pesticides and other sprays that are applied directly to the leaves, as well, would have a factor.

Packaging maybe too...probably to a less extent than what the other two guys mentioned, and probably rarely...but food companies are known to use fluorinated compounds in packaging several kinds of foods.
