this problem is killingg mee:

Hydrazine, N2H4, has been used as a rocket fuel. Like ammonia, it is a Bronsted base. A 0.15 M solution has a pH of 10.70. What is the Kb and pKb for hydrazine and the pKa of its conjugate acid?

Can someone tell me the reaction equation? I tried to figure out what hydrazine breaks down into but im having difficulty. Also can the pH be used to determine the OH- concentration?

If it tells you hydrazine is a base, what do bases like to do?
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.

Right. So knowing that, why don't you write us the chemical equation?

For every 1 mol of B+H formed, 1 mol of -OH  is formed.

pH + pOH = 14

Knowing the pH, you can find the pOH.  The pH should be relatively high.
