Read the rules and regulations so we don't answer questions you could benefit from doing yourself, please.  Show your attempts at answering the question.

Some help I will offer you, though:

1) Which one(s) have/has complete shells or orbitals?  Are they more or less stable?

3) which is hardest to give a plus charge?

Why does HNO3 has the oxidize with every concentration but H2SO4 only has that property when it is compact

We have some half-reactions:
NO3(aq)- + 2H+aq + e <--> NO2(g) + H2O(l)
NO3(aq)- + 10H+aq + 8e <--> NH4(aq)+ + 3H2O(l)
According to the reactions, we can guess that, with HNO3 in compact concentration there will be NH3 and with HNO3 in weak concentration there will be NO2 but the truth is not, why

Where is the other half-reaction?

Where is the other half-reaction?
Sorry, I don't mean half-reaction but I mean the reduction of reaction, but I don't have enough vocabulary to express my idea, so please accept, and this reaction:
NO3(aq)- + 2H+aq + e <--> NO2(g) + H2O(l)
Eo = 0,8V
Quote
NO3(aq)- + 10H+aq + 8e <--> NH4(aq)+ + 3H2O(l) Eo = 0,88V

You need reductor for both reactions to proceed. So far you have listed only oxidation half reactions. As long as you don't add a reductor nothing will happen.
