And why may I ask are you looking for legal information about the availability of an LSD precursor on an open internet forum? Its against the forum rules (and you better not even be thinking of making LSD, especially if you're knowledge of street smarts is so poor that you would ask such a suspicious question in a public forum.)

Well, it does have other uses.  (At least in other pharmaceuticals.)

As far as USA law goes, I believe there is no LEGAL reason you can't have this compound.  Anyone selling it to you, would have to keep records etc. for the man, as it is a specified drug precursor.

However, I suspect the practical situation is that it is almost impossible to get, *nobody* is going to sell it to the average person.
