There are different types of sugar type polymers  -  what is it you actually want? What are you using it for?

Go out to local clothing store.  ;)

When you say sugar polymer, your really referring to a polysaccharide. There are different types. Also "sugar" (table sugar) usually refers sucrose which is a disaccharide (glucose-fructose).
