How can 1,4-dichlorobenzene be reported as a VOC and a SVOC?

Normally I saw it in both way. I recommend you visit the web site of US-EPA, OSHA and NIOSH. In these sites you can find more information about 1,4 dichlorobenzene, where is reported sometimes as SVOC (Semivolatile Organic Compound) or VOC (Volatile Organic Compound).

VOC is most used...
