geometry around two centers *delete me*
« on: March 01, 2007, 08:07:46 PM »
For the molecule H3C - NO2, what would be the geometry around the H3C and NO2? I'm not sure if you count the bond between the C-N as part of both geometries..

For H3C part, would it be trigonal planar or tetrahedral?
for NO3 part, would it be linear or trigonal planar?

thank you
