carboxylic acid derivatives

1.how many H bonds could RCONH2 and RCOOH form per molecule respectively?
i've heard that it has higher b.p. than its parent acid RCOOH because it can form stronger and more H bonds

but isnt that O is more electro -ve than N? why would N-H bond stronger than O-H bond?

2. RCOCl is reactive towards nucleophilic reactions but it will form unstable products after nucleophilic addition, so it will later be eliminated. will RCOCl remain substituted if the nucleophile is not that strong?

thx  :)
