How do I prepare a 2N H2SO4 from the concentrated H2SO4 ?

Do you know what N stands for?

Remember to add acid to water.

Is N = Normality ? but how do I calculate for 2N from the concentrate ?

Normality is reaction dependent. If you are using the sulfuric acid as an acid or as a mean of sulfite ions, then 2N is different for each one, though it is the same mixture.
