Thiosulphate and Acid reaction
« on: April 08, 2007, 08:38:42 AM »
Does anyone know the reaction mechanism for the thiosulphate and acid reaction ? I can't find it in any of my books or on any website.

Thanks

I wonder if the search engines would provide better results using

Thiosulfate

Depending on spelling I get different results on Google.

Good suggestion, but there is still no mechanism diagram anywhere. There's plenty of data but nothing solid to go on.
